Our themes and templates are produced by world-class creators (or Authors, as we call them), and all the assets are carefully reviewed and selected by our team of specialists.

We offer millions of high-quality FREE resources to use for personal and commercial use just as long as you provide attribution.

As a Premium user, you will have access to the entire library, including our Premium assets. You will be able to browse the library without ads, receive priority support and have a license to use the resources without having to credit PoweredTemplate.

Furthermore, your download limit will be extended from 3 to unlimited downloads per day (please see a subscription plan details for the applied download limits).

On-Demand packs are best suited for fluctuating asset needs. The subscriptions are ideal for ongoing project needs and offer the highest discounts. Subscription plans offer 100, 250, and unlimited downloads per month.

The main difference in our subscription plans is the cost per file. The more you purchase up front, the cheaper your cost per download. The best value lies in our unlimited subscription plans.

We offer simple On-Demand download plans. Here, you're purchasing one-off downloads. There is no commitment with these plans and the unused downloads do not expire for 1 year.

We love providing designers and developers with beautiful and functional design choices for their clients! You can use our templates and images for your projects as long as they comply with our usage rules.

That depends on the plan you purchase. For example, a basic plan has a monthly and daily limit, and the unlimited plan is an unlimited download subscription, meaning that you are free to download as many items as you like. Please read more here about the download limits.

As per our user terms, please remember that no sharing of accounts or use of automated tools to scrape and download items is allowed.

One download means a download of a resource, doesn't matter how many slides or pages the template contains.

After your subscription has expired, you won't be able to download premium files that you downloaded while your subscription was active.

Nor will you be able to download premium licenses. You will be able of course to download free files that you downloaded in the past.

Our auto-renewal feature ensures that your subscription automatically renews so you maintain uninterrupted service. Your subscription plan will renew automatically unless you cancel this option (no discounts apply for renewals). You can easily manage your auto-renewal settings on the subscription page.

Canceling your subscription is quick and simple! You can cancel your PoweredTemplate subscription at any time.

If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to PoweredTemplate until the day your next subscription payment was due to be billed. For example, if you cancel your monthly subscription 23 days before the next payment, you will still have access for another 23 days. If you cancel your annual subscription three months before your payment is due, you will still get access for another three months. We do not refund canceled subscriptions.

After your subscription has lapsed you will only be able to download free items and use items that have been downloaded before.

At PoweredTemplate we want you to be happy. So if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee.

You can get the full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, if and when you didn’t use the service, that is, you haven't downloaded any items.

You can only request a refund of the current billing period. Please note that previous payments can't be refunded.

Bear in mind that to edit some of our resources you need specific graphics editor software. We recommend Adobe Illustrator for vectors and Adobe Photoshop for photos and PSD files.

PoweredTemplate does not store any information about your payment method. All the payments are secure and processed by FastSpring gateway in a Level 1 PCI-compliant environment.

If the error “Your card has been declined” appears when you enter your card details and before the payment is completed, you must contact your bank to make sure that your card is enabled for online payments, international transactions, and recurring payments (our subscriptions are linked to automatic renewal cycle).

In this case, you can retry the payment as soon as the issue with the card is fixed or select a different payment method (another card or PayPal).
