Premium PowerPoint Template and Google Slides Theme

Are you ready to innovate and create something extraordinary? The Design Thinking Venn Diagram Presentation Template is here to guide you through the process of bringing your ideas to life. This template is perfect for business owners, entrepreneurs, and creative minds who want to design, develop and implement new ideas.

The presentation template's minimalist and elegant design style features three overlapping circles that represent the three essential components of a successful innovation - Business Viability, Technology Feasibility, and People Desirability.

The Business Viability circle deals with the economic aspect of innovation, asking the question: "Is it worth investing in?" This circle deals with issues like cost, revenue, and profit. When the Business Viability circle intersects with Technology Feasibility, we get the Process Innovation zone. This zone is all about finding ways to streamline the process and optimize efficiency, making your innovation more economically viable.

The Technology Feasibility circle focuses on the technological aspect of innovation, asking the question: "Can it be done?" This circle deals with issues like technology, engineering, and design. When the Technology Feasibility circle intersects with People's Desirability, we get the Functional Innovation zone. This zone is all about creating innovative and functional products that meet the needs and preferences of your target audience.

The People Desirability circle deals with the human aspect of innovation, asking the question: "Will people use it?" This circle deals with issues like user experience, customer satisfaction, and emotional connection. When the People's Desirability circle intersects with Business Viability, we get the Emotional Innovation zone. This zone is all about creating a strong emotional connection between your innovation and your target audience, making it more desirable and successful.

The center of the Venn diagram contains an eclectic lamp icon and is titled Design Thinking Innovation. This zone represents the convergence of all three circles, where a successful innovation comes to life. It emphasizes the importance of using design thinking to approach innovation holistically, considering all aspects of business, technology, and human factors.
