Free PowerPoint and Google Slides Template

The AGILE and Transparent Organization Structure is an editable free animated presentation design template that works in Google Slides and PowerPoint created in a minimalist design style and represents text placeholders, square shapes, and arrows.

Agile organizations retain a stable top-level structure but replace much of the traditional hierarchy with a flexible and scalable network of teams. Networks are a natural way to organize efforts, as they balance individual freedom with collective coordination. To build agile organizations, leaders must understand human networks (business and social), how to design and build them, how to collaborate with each other, and how to develop and maintain them.

Key aspects of an Agile and Transparent Organizational Structure:

Value centers will be grouped in a way that makes sense based on the organization's business model. To be effective, value center teams should ideally have consisted of groups of up to 150 people. The value centers will be cross-functional teams developed by members and will not be limited to operational staff. The value center will have autonomy in the management of its income statements, in particular:

* Who serves as team leaders (leaders must have people willing to follow them),
* Subject matter experts may be available to the team or staff members of the team, as appropriate,
* Recruitment (includes all stages),
* Salary (including equity within the country as well as within the industry/industry),
* Rewards/recognition (including internal and external),
* Promotion (a holistic view of the skills to be successful in a new position, not limited to technical skills),
* Termination (with sympathy).

Transparency makes information accessible to everyone and supports knowledge sharing across the organization. Each team communicates with customers every day. The Value Zone is the benefit an organization will receive from instant customer feedback on product and service improvements, innovations, product/service additions, etc.

Value centers would be free to make small bets by experimenting with customers interested in new ideas for products and services.

C-Suite executives will be responsible for ensuring the organization meets the long-term vision by acquiring and allocating resources through venture capital-like parameters (knowing when to hold on, when to relax, and when to reconfigure) and maintaining close oversight...

Administrative functions will provide the necessary support at a mutually agreed cost. Value centers would be free to outsource if necessary to maintain their profitability. Overhead expenses will not automatically be attached to your income statements, as value centers will have full control over the profitability of their divisions. Administrative functions may include:

* Accounting and finances,
* Human Resources,
* Marketing,
* IT
* Logistics, etc.

The key points are that it is flexible, holds everyone accountable for results, and requires trust and transparency to really work.
