  4. 1. Economize - Focus on tasks that are not urgent or important but need to be addressed nonetheless. This might involve tasks that are more about personal interests or hobbies. They're tasks that should be limited or constrained to ensure they don't end up consuming more time than they should.
  5. 1. Contribute - Think about the bigger picture. This refers to the actions and activities you undertake that give back to the community, add value to others' lives, or fulfill a sense of purpose. This could mean volunteering, mentoring, or any activity that has a broader social impact.
